If you have a business and you donate to or otherwise provide benefits to peace organizations or peace workers you can receive a Paxfactor Rating and be listed on this site as a Paxfactor Certified Peace Business. It is vital to the users of this site that your business receive a Paxfactor Rating, since that is the figure that they use to calculate how much the purchses that they make from your business will directly benefit peace causes or peace workers.

There are two primary elements that we use to calculate your Paxfactor Rating:

• The percentage of your gross receipts that you contribute to peace organizations
• The percentage of your gross receipts that is either paid by you or donated to Paxfactor, Inc. by you to be paid to participants in qualified peace worker projects.

Once you receive a Paxfactor Rating, your corporate website will be added to the Paxfactor Certified Peace Business Directory, and a Paxfactor Rating page (see sample) will be added to this site which describes your Paxfactor Rating and serves as an online record of your commitment to peace.

You will also receive a short snippet of code that you can add to your company website in order to display a certificate onsite (see sample) to verify that your business is a Paxfactor Certified Peace Business and a contributor to the Peace Economy. That graphic will link over to your Paxfactor Rating page on paxfactor.org.
