Paxfactor, Inc. is a 501c3, non-profit organization, dedicated to funding viable peace projects through online technologies, encouraging donations, and by the creation of a network of certified peace-oriented businesses that dedicate a portion of their income to peace.

We have minimal staffing, and use low-cost online technologies so that we can donate as much as possible to our chosen peace projects. As of today, at least 50% of all income will be donated directly to our chosen peace projects. That percentage will only improve.

At the same time, all of the employees of Paxfactor, Inc. are themselves participants in individual or collective peace-generating programs, which means that any support that this project provides to them is also directly funding peace. This is in accord with the mission of Paxfactor, which is not only to provide funding for peace organizations, but to create and fund peace jobs, establish a network of peace businesses, and to found an entire peace-based economy.

The percent of income donated to peace by our non-profit, as described above, is the source of our name, Paxfactor. Since 50% of our income is donated to peace projects, and the salaries paid to our workers are going to people who are themselves active peace-generating people, the "peace effect" or Paxfactor of Paxfactor, Inc. can be calculated to be 100%. Other Peace Businesses may not be able to generate such a high Paxfactor, since they may donate a percentage of profits rather than a percentage of income, or are not small enough to donate so abundantly, and do not have staff members who are active in practicing peace technologies. But in any case any such business is precious to the Peace Economy, regardless of the "Paxfactor" or percentage coming back for peace.
